• When you subscribe to our weekly message email, we collect your first name, your email address, the page you subscribed from, and the time you subscribed.
• When you email us at connect@thevillagechurch.co, we receive whatever you choose to include in your message.
• Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information, such as your browser type and IP address, to deliver and secure the site.
• We use a tracking script from HighLevel to understand how visitors find and use our website, such as which page you arrived on.

How we use it

• To send you our weekly message email and occasional church updates.
• To reply to your questions and requests.
• To keep the website working and secure.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Services we use

Some parts of our website are provided by other services, each with its own privacy policy:

• CRM stores our email subscriber list and measures website visits. Clearstream sends our church emails and text messages.
• Church Center (Planning Center) runs our Plan a visit, Stay connected, Join the Village Crew, and accessibility forms. Information you enter in those forms goes to Church Center.
• Pushpay processes online gifts. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
• YouTube hosts our message videos. YouTube may set cookies when you play a video.
• Google Fonts provides the typefaces on this site, which means your browser requests them from Google.

Your choices

• You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
• You can ask us to update or delete the information we hold about you by emailing connect@thevillagechurch.co.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
