The Church We See.

Welcome to The Village Church.

Give.

For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

- Matthew 6:21

Why we Give.

God is generous, and so He calls us to be as well. What we do with what God has given us shows the world where our hearts are at and helps proclaim the gospel.

We want to glorify God with every area of our lives, and that includes what we do with our finances.

Giving allows us to continue our mission to spread His word through Church Services, Community Events, and Worship.

The Church We See.

A community shaped by belonging, spiritual formation,
and the way of Jesus.

A community shaped by belonging, spiritual formation,
and the way of Jesus.

01

The church we see is more than a building, more than a Sunday service; it is a living, breathing community that carries the presence of Jesus into every street, every school, every workplace in Colorado Springs and around the world.

We see a church deeply rooted in Christ, where discipleship is not rushed but nurtured - a place where faith grows slow and strong, like trees planted by streams of living water. A people formed in the way of Jesus, not just informed about Him.

02

We see tables of belonging, set in homes, cafés, and parks - places where neighbors who never imagined they could belong to God’s family discover they are welcomed without condition.

We see a church that is not content to be known only for what happens in its gatherings, but for the renewal it brings to everyday lives and everyday places.

03

We see The Village Center for Therapy & Family Support - a beacon of hope in our city - where families impacted by disability receive dignifying, top-tier care; where children are met with skilled hands and compassionate hearts; where parents feel seen, supported, and never alone. A place where the love of Christ is made visible in every therapy session, every conversation, every moment of care.

We see a church whose worship carries the sound of Heaven and the heart of the city - music that is both deeply biblical and artistically excellent, drawing creatives from across our region and beyond.

"This is The Village Church we see."

04

We see songwriters, musicians, and artists rising up from our community, telling the story of Jesus in ways that resonate across generations and cultures. If God breathes on it, this sound will travel far beyond our city, bringing hope to the nations.

We see a church that raises and releases Kingdom-minded leaders into every sphere of influence - educators who shape minds with truth and grace, business owners who lead with integrity, artists who tell the better story of God’s redemption.

05

We see a church that stands shoulder-to-shoulder with other congregations, blessing and strengthening the whole Body of Christ in our city - never competing, always collaborating for the sake of the Kingdom.

We see a church where generosity is not a campaign but a way of life - where resources flow to meet needs, launch ministries, and plant new churches that carry this DNA of formation, belonging, and mission into other neighborhoods and cities.

06

We see a people who live as a preview of Heaven - an earthly community filled with the reality of Heaven - where God’s future is tasted in the present, where healing is real, reconciliation is possible, and Jesus is at the center of it all.

This is The Village Church we see.
And by God’s grace, it is the church we will be.

Why This Vision Matters.

01

Throughout Scripture, God consistently moves toward those the world pushes aside.

The Bible repeatedly highlights widows, orphans, the poor, foreigners, the disabled, and others who lack social power. Rather than treating them as peripheral concerns, Scripture places them near the heart of God’s people.

Yet many modern churches have been unintentionally structured around strength, independence, and speed - rhythms that can make it difficult for those who live with different needs or limitations to fully belong.

02

At The Village Church, we believe the church should be shaped by those the world often overlooks.

We call this conviction Theology of the Marginalized - the belief that the community of Jesus becomes most faithful to the Kingdom of God when those pushed to the edges of society are welcomed near the center of our shared life.

When we compare this biblical vision with the structures many churches have inherited, we begin to notice a gap.

We call it The Ecclesiology Gap.
