Joseph Rangel
Lead Pastor and Board Member
Joseph is a founding Lead Pastor of The Village Church with over 20 years of experience leading teams and various departments within church life. He is passionate about helping people encounter Jesus in real and everyday life.

Lindsay is a founding Lead Pastor of The Village Church with over 20 years of ministry and leadership experience and a heart for building communities where people experience authentic belonging and the transforming way of Jesus.

Brady Boyd
Legacy Pastor
Brady Boyd brings more than 30 years of pastoral ministry experience to The Village Church. He previously served for 18 years as Senior Pastor of New Life Church in Colorado Springs, where the church expanded to seven congregations, retired $26 million in debt, and baptized thousands of people.
Brady is the author of ten books, including Addicted to Busy, Speak Life, and Life-Minded. He is also the founder and leader of Psalm 68 Ministries(opens in a new tab), which serves widows, orphans, overlooked communities, and ministry leaders locally and around the world. He previously founded Dream Centers of Colorado Springs, which provides free medical care for women and supportive housing for mothers and children through Mary’s Home.

Anneliese Soller
Worship Director
Anneliese leads worship and creative culture at The Village, gathering and developing creatives to help shape meaningful spaces where people can encounter Jesus together.
Farrell Damron
Operations Director
Farrell oversees operations and systems at The Village, helping create structure, stability, and support for the church to grow in a healthy and sustainable way.
Serafina Regusci
Village Kids Director
As the sibling of kids with disabilities and foster and adoptive siblings, Serafina has grown up seeing the beauty of a family where every person belongs. Her heart is to help every kid experience the love of Jesus while creating spaces where kids learn from the very beginning how to be in community, practice the way of Jesus together, and discover that every person has a place in the body of Christ.
Tracy Regusci
Co-Village Kids Director
Tracy brings over 15 years of children’s ministry experience to The Village, alongside her work as a NICU nurse and her deep commitment to foster, adoptive, and vulnerable families.
Greg Coit
Youth Director
Greg is passionate about helping students build authentic faith, meaningful community, and a life rooted in the way of Jesus.
Teresa Damron
Executive Assistant
Teresa helps support the day-to-day life and leadership of The Village with wisdom, care, and a deep commitment to healthy community and shared mission.
